Went out at 10pm and did 5.3 in about 47. Pace worked out to just under 9:00/mile.
First couple of miles felt great, then my IT band started mumbling, and oddly, my left knee started hurting as well. It ached Thursday morning, but an Advil later it seems to have gone away.
I think I have been rolling my IT band too far towards the back of my leg. I changed that angle I'm leaning on the roller and it seems more effective.
